It sho is tough tryin’ to stick to bein’ gluten-free

There just be too many breaded delights, don’tchu agree?

Ain’t right how gluten-free breads be so rock hard

They be makin’ my already bad teef, be feelin’ all jarred

Oh gluten!, why you gotsto be so bad for my tummy ‘n me?

  1. Being gluten sensitive is rough. I have a cousin with celiac disease and he has been able to adjust mostly since he’s always been gluten free (diagnosed as a 3 yr old). I don’t think I’d be able to do it! Good luck.

  2. Really makes you wonder how civilization has continued so long when for millennia people have been eating gluten. What has made the difference? The GMO perhaps? I try to stay away from gluten as much as possible, but as far as I know I have no need to. I have a friend on a gluten-free diet along with her husband, and they are doing much better. She seems to be able to find some good products, though.

  3. Yes, it is really difficult to stick to gluten free diet especially when eating at restaurants, or in parties.
